DELIVERY INFORMATION

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public

holidays).

You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been sent.

During peak times (such as holidays or promotional periods), processing may take up to 3–4 working days.

Delivery Methods

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom using reliable courier partners. Shipping method depends on parcel

weight:

Parcel Weight: Under 2kg

Courier: Royal Mail

Service: Tracked 48

Estimated Delivery: 2–3 working days

Parcel Weight: Over 2kg

Courier: Evri

Service: Next Day

Estimated Delivery: 1 working day (after dispatch)

Free Delivery: Available on orders over £40 (UK mainland only).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier network and location.

Tracking

All orders are sent on tracked services. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your

tracking number and a link to follow your delivery.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at coffee@kv-c.co.uk quoting your

order number.Delivery Restrictions

We currently deliver to UK mainland and Northern Ireland.

We do not ship internationally, or to PO Boxes, BFPO, or Channel Islands addresses.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make

it right.

Returns Eligibility

You may return unopened, unused, and sealed products within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

Due to the nature of our products (coffee, hot chocolate, milk powders, and other consumables), we cannot accept

returns of opened or used items unless they are faulty or sent in error.

To start a return, please email coffee@kv-c.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

- We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including postage costs, where applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your

bank or card provider.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable, except where the product is faulty or incorrect.

Return Authorisation

Please contact coffee@kv-c.co.uk before sending any items back.

We will provide the correct return address and reference to ensure your refund is processed smoothly.

Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order before it’s dispatched:

- Contact us immediately at coffee@kv-c.co.uk with your order number.- If your order has not been shipped, we’ll cancel and refund it in full.

- If your order has already been dispatched, please follow the returns procedure above.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return the unwanted item

(if eligible) and place a new order through our website.
